The Restaurant
It propose an original cooking of maple specialities and his wooden fire cooked dishes.
You are here in a rural ambiance where reign stones and wood. The building made in logs from Mélèze is 400 m2, whole trees are cut one by one with a motor saw.
In a warm atmosphere, you will discover the hot board :
- a wide wooden board inlay with a hot granite stone on which our meat or fish will be served.
- Our grand mother cast iron (Tartiflette or Maoûche from Lozere)
- Our special salads (Foie gras, duck magret, gizzard, and goat cheese) will enjoy your taste buds.
- Wooden fire cooked Pizza with possibilities to take away for resident.
